你無法使用 Hotmail 的原因是 你的帳號太久沒使用或超過10天未登入 這時候你必需重新啟動你的帳號即可 只要點選 Click Activate My Account to continue 的連結即可啟動帳號 啟動完畢後就可以開始使用了
